Sending goods back

Broken/non-working and under warranty goods

Every product in our shop is new, in original boxing and is delivered to us with a warranty. We guarantee, that broken or non-working product will be repaired or replaced if it's still under warranty. Replacing or repairing is free for you.
You have to send us a product within 7 calendar days from the moment of receiving it. Product must include all accessories and must be in original boxing(with all labels and etiquettes). All send-back goods should have the following information : number of boarding letter from the dock to look up from transporter's website. Money for delivering is not taken.

Cancelling order

You should send back us a product no longer after 14 calendar days after receiving it from transporting company. Send-back goods must include all accessories and must be in original boxing(with all labels and etiquettes). All send-back goods should have the following information : number of boarding letter from the dock to look up from transporter's website.
Client receives the cost of a product, excluding money for delivering product from client to seller.

Order placed inaccurate or wrongly

Responsibility for choosing accurately and rightly is fully on the buyer. Before sending your order, please expect your car carefully for the following information : make, model, build year and other information for us to complete your request successfully. If you don't know or cannot choose a product for your model of a car yourself, send us accurate information about your car : make, model, build year and VIN code. We will be happy to help you in choosing right products and completing your order . You can also always contact your manager with the help of Skype IM .

If your product is ordered wrongly(inaccurate model), service costs for processing and delivering your product is not given back!

Money for sent-back products can be received by bank or post transfer, or it can be used for placing your new orders.

You have to understand, that without adhering those actions we will not be able to process your complaints.
